As part of the efforts made by the Higher Committee for Development and Citizens Affairs to ensure that residents can continue to enjoy an exceptional standard of living, Dubai’s senior citizens, retirees, hard-working individuals, and citizens with low incomes were given an exclusive Esaad Card on Monday.
23,034 Esaad Cards have been issued as per the orders of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and the head of the Dubai Executive Council.
Esaad Card offers a wide range of benefits in a number of industries, including healthcare, education, hospitality, entertainment, real estate, restaurants, and more. Cardholders can take advantage of exclusive deals and discounts at more than 7,200 businesses in the United Arab Emirates and 92 other countries around the world.
As part of the assistance provided to these social groups, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, Community Development Authority in Dubai, Local Military Pensions and Social Security Fund in Dubai, Abu Dhabi Pension Fund, and General Pension and Social Security Authority will get in touch with the designated recipients and begin issuing the cards.
The directives of Sheikh Hamdan and the initiatives of the Higher Committee for Development and Citizens Affairs, according to Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of the Dubai Police, reflect the goal of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, to provide all feasible support to improve citizens’ lives and provide a decent lifestyle to all members of society through initiatives and programmes.
